Membership details will not be made available to 3rd parties, except as detailed below.

Membership records will be passed on to WASFF and subsequent conventions, and may be used for mailing out progress reports for current and future conventions.

This means that your membership information will be made available to members of the WASFF committee, and members of future Swancon and Natcon committees.

Note that your name will be posted on the web page and in the progress reports as a member of the convention, unless you request otherwise.

Information may also be passed to banking organisations involved in BPay transactions at their request.
